Experienced executive and management consultant with a strong track record of turning complex, project-driven businesses into well-oiled (and occasionally even elegant) machines. With nearly two decades spanning consulting, product leadership, and global R&D, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, shaped product strategies, and delivered ERP solutions that actually get used—an achievement anyone in enterprise software knows is worth celebrating.

Most recently serving as Chief Product Officer, I led product strategy and M&A initiatives culminating in a successful EQT-backed acquisition, followed by hands-on post-merger integration across multiple countries. Prior to that, I spent several years in IFS R&D, scaling global teams and driving development of solutions for complex, multi-country project environments—balancing innovation, delivery, and budgets (sometimes all at the same time).

Today, I work as an independent management consultant, helping organizations refine how they operate—strategically and operationally—while supporting ERP presales, implementations, and due diligence processes. My career started closer to the code and on the ground in delivery, which means I’m equally comfortable discussing boardroom strategy as well as why something doesn’t work in production.

Known for a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style, I combine structured thinking with a belief that work doesn’t have to be overly complicated to be effective. I enjoy building teams, improving ways of working, and making sure strategy translates into real-world results—not just slide decks.
